Four ways to work with us.

Most engagements start with the same question: where does AI actually belong in this business? Sometimes the answer is a system we build for you. Sometimes it's that you don't need one yet, and the honest fix is a better process. We'll tell you either way. We'd rather lose a project than sell you something that doesn't earn its cost.

01 / AI Strategy & Advisory

AI Strategy & Advisory

You've been told to "do something with AI." That's not a brief. We turn it into one.

We audit how work actually moves through your business, find the places where AI changes the economics, and rank them by what they'd return against what they'd cost. Then we tell you what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.

Who it's for

Leadership teams under pressure to adopt AI who need a defensible answer before committing budget.

What you get

  • A workflow audit of how your team operates today
  • An opportunity map, ranked by return and effort
  • Build-vs-buy recommendations with named tools and real costs
  • A phased implementation roadmap with sequencing and dependencies
  • A clear statement of what not to do, and why
02 / Custom AI Builds & Agents

Custom AI Builds & Agents

Prototypes are easy. Production is the job.

We build AI systems that hold up under real use: agents that complete multi-step work, automations wired into the tools you already run, and knowledge systems that answer from your data instead of guessing. Scoped, prototyped, shipped, documented, and supported. The code is yours; the partnership continues.

Who it's for

Teams with a defined problem who need it built correctly the first time.

What you get

  • Autonomous agents and multi-step workflow automation
  • Retrieval and knowledge systems built on your own documents and data
  • Internal tools and dashboards for your team
  • Integrations across your existing stack and APIs
  • Evaluation and monitoring, so you know when it's working and when it isn't
  • Full source code, documentation, and an ongoing service agreement
03 / Fractional CTO & Engineering Leadership

Fractional CTO & Engineering Leadership

Senior technical judgment, without a senior technical salary.

We embed as your technical lead: making architecture calls, choosing models and vendors, reviewing code and security, and owning the roadmap. When you're ready to hire in-house, we help you hire well and stay on in whatever capacity still helps.

Who it's for

Startups and mid-market companies making expensive technical decisions without anyone qualified to make them.

What you get

  • Architecture and infrastructure decisions
  • Model, vendor, and tooling selection with cost modeling
  • Code review, security review, and technical due diligence
  • Roadmap ownership and delivery accountability
  • Hiring support: job specs, technical interviews, onboarding
  • Translation between your technical and non-technical stakeholders
04 / Training & Enablement

Training & Enablement

Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have an adoption problem.

The licenses are bought and barely used. We fix that with hands-on training against your actual work (not generic tool demos), plus the standards and documentation that make it stick long after the workshop.

Who it's for

Companies who've already invested in AI tools and aren't getting the return.

What you get

  • Team workshops built around your real workflows
  • Tool rollout and configuration
  • Prompt, workflow, and quality standards documented for your team
  • Internal playbooks people will actually open
  • Follow-up sessions to catch drift
How we work

From first call to long-term partner.

Discovery

You tell us the problem. We ask the questions that determine whether AI is the right instrument for it, and what solving it would actually take.

Scope

A written scope with deliverables, timeline, and price before any work begins. Every engagement is priced to the problem, not to a menu, which is why you won't find rate cards here.

Build

Short cycles with visible progress. You see working software early and often, not a reveal at the end.

Partner

The build is the start, not the end. We stay on under a service agreement: monitoring, maintenance, model and vendor changes, the next iteration. Your team learns the system as we go, and it's documented if you ever want it fully in-house.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

How small is too small?

There isn't a floor on the problem, only on whether AI is the right answer. If a $200 tool solves it, we'll tell you that.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped and priced individually. The same service can be a two-week engagement or a six-month one depending on what's actually in the way. We'll give you a firm number in writing after discovery, before any work starts.

How long does a project take?

Advisory runs weeks. Builds run weeks to months depending on scope. Both get a firm timeline before we start.

What industries do you work in?

We've built in data infrastructure, fintech and payments security, and consumer applications. The engineering method carries across sectors. The domain learning happens in discovery.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

No. A large share of the work is translating between business goals and technical reality. You don't need to speak the language.

What happens to our data?

We work within your infrastructure and compliance requirements, not around them. Data handling, retention, and model access are agreed in writing before the engagement starts.

What happens after the build?

The partnership continues. Most clients keep us on under a service agreement to monitor, maintain, and extend what we built, and to make the next call with them when models and vendors change. You own everything either way, and the build is documented so your team can take it fully in-house whenever you choose.
